A very moving event took place on the last day of Week of Market Research: “Support Ukraine”, hosted by Oliver Tabino, Q Agentur. Young Researchers 2022
 
The winners of this year's "Young Researcher 2022 – BVM/VMÖ/SWISS INSIGHTS" competition have been announced:
 
  • Dissertation: Dr. Anouk S. Bergner, University of St. Gallen, "Designing Relatable AI: A Theory of Mind Perspective of How Conversational AI Shapes Technology-Mediated Consumer Behaviour".
     
  • Master's thesis: Saskia Fath, Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, "Does Being Human Pay Off? Brand Anthropomorphism and Its Effect on Consumers' Willingness to Pay – An Empirical Analysis".

Award ceremony on 20 June at the Congress of German Market Research in Frankfurt/Germany.
 
Onclusive with two pieces of news
 
  • Onclusive has announced the acquisition of US media monitoring platform Critical Mention, thus expanding their offering with an integrated earned media, radio and television monitoring solution and media contacts database. The acquisition of the platform with over 3,000 clients makes Onclusive the third largest media monitoring service in the US.  
  • Furthermore, Onclusive has just announced the appointment of Eric Ziller as General Manager for Germany. Eric comes with a wealth of leadership experience in media monitoring, evaluation and measurement across EMEA, North America and Asia.
 
Onclusive was founded earlier this year following the acquisition by STG and merger of Kantar Reputation Intelligence, PRgloo and the previous Onclusive.
