Managing Partner & Founder

A degree in empirical communication sciences and decades of experience in the fields of market research, media sales, marketing, advertising, business management, publishing and trade fair organisation are the basis for my current entrepreneurial activities.

My professional stations:

  • Studies of communication sciences, political science and sociology at Ludwig Maximilians University Munich
  • Media marketing and media sales at various popular publishing houses (Gong-Verlag, Bauer-Verlag, Süddeutscher Verlag, MVG)

  • Managing Director Druck-Medien-Verlag (trade journal Druck & Medien-Magazin)

Simone Waller-Klink

Managing Partner & Founder

Bringing people together, building networks and creating "magic moments" are my passion. After 30 years of experience in corporations and as an entrepreneur, I am now looking forward to a new chapter with succeet to create an innovative "trade fair 4.0" for and with the insights industry.

  • Sales and partner management in the insurance and IT industry

  • More than 10 years of sales, concept development, planning and trade show organisation for Research & Results (trade show, trade magazine, online portal)

Holger Geißler

Managing Director

More than 20 years of practical experience in market research, first as a project manager up to the board of directors of YouGov Germany, are the basis of my work as Managing Director of succeet GmbH, but also of Smart News Fachverlag, which operates the two industry platforms marktforschung.de and CONSULTING.de, among others.

My professional stations:

  • Studied psychology in Heidelberg and market and advertising psychology in Mannheim
  • Extensive market research experience, including as project manager at psychonomics, board member of YouGov Germany from 2008 to 2017, CMO of the dashboard company DataLion and member of the executive board of the media research agency DCORE
  • Former board member of the German Society for Online Research (DGOF)
  • Former President of the Marketing Club Cologne/Bonn, Germany
