Merger of Kantar Reputation Intelligence, PRgloo and Onclusive
 
Technology investor Symphony Technology Group (STG) has completed the acquisition of Kantar's Reputation Intelligence business and announced the acquisitions of PRgloo and Onclusive. The three companies are merging to form a new global partner for media monitoring and measurement and workflow management for PR and communications. The new company will operate under the name Onclusive.
Onclusive will serve more than 9,000 clients in 130 markets. The company employs over 1,100 people in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the UK, Ireland, the USA and Australia. More details >
 
 
Opinions opens new testing facility in Frankfurt, Germany
 
Opinions LTD announces the opening of Opinions Germany GmbH in Frankfurt, Germany, a joint venture of its Managing Directors Chris Sluder and Mark Kikel and the company's first location outside the US. The research and testing facility is located on a bustling street in the city center (address: Zeil 79) providing multiple recruitment opportunities for both street intercepts and pre-recruitment. This facility specializes in product and package testing, qualitative research, shopper, and on-shelf experience research. Matthias Trojnar and Jovana Kokir (pictured) will lead the Frankfurt team "where you will receive the same quality research and services you’ve come to know and expect from Opinions LTD over the past 20+ years", reads the company's press release.
 
 
Unlimited paid leave at quantilope
 
With the start of 2022, software company quantilope will enable their employees worldwide to take unlimited paid leave. With the new time-off policy, quantilope aims to further strengthen flexible working hours and its trust-based corporate culture, setting a new standard as an employer.
