AI meets semiotics
“Manufacturers and retailers are currently driven by the question to what extent the change in peoples’ habits is of a permanent nature, if it is creating a value framework or if they will recede again.
Beside, we monitor the evolution of shopping, mutating from a voluntary exercise to an undesirable duty. More than ever, the increasing demands regarding long-distance impact, legibility, transparency, clarity of message or packaging material have to be met.
In our presentation, we dig into the extensive treasure of corporate websites. We x-ray these huge amounts of text and image sources by means of AI and semiotics and help companies to fine-tune their public discourse.“

Natacha Dagneaud, Managing Director, Séissmo - Markt und Forschung
Innovative technology
"Given the previous decade’s automation of standard deliverables, the MR industry can reinforce activities in areas such as understanding their customers’ businesses, linking findings to business objectives, and providing focused stories, while also ensuring that executives can implement actions based on research and data science results. These activities will influence which technology to choose; from those that help assemble and analyse data from multiple data sources to those that drive the democratisation of data by enabling everyone in the corporate world to better understand data, gain insight and take action.
DataExpert will present an innovative methodology by asking a so-called adaptive maxdiff, which can, in turn, facilitate clients with better insights. More details coming soon!

On the pulse of time
"The ‘New Normal‘ has also left its mark on market research. In particular, but not only in qualitative studies, adequate and professional recruitment is more important than ever. Respondents were and will remain the crucial part in market research, regardless of whether it is CATI surveys, group discussions or product tests. POS surveys or mystery shoppings cannot be replaced by online either. As an experienced data collection provider, Krämer Marktforschung is at the cutting edge and will continue to support their customers as a competent and reliable partner in quantitative and qualitative projects with all common methods."

Christoph Rogl, Managing Director, Krämer Marktforschung

Global study conducted with the respondi panel
Women's self-confidence
What is the state of women's self-confidence globally? This was investigated – in what is claimed to be the largest global study of its kind – by Eranos on behalf of IT Cosmetics with the respondi panel. In order to explore the complex cultural phenomenon in the best possible way, quantitative and qualitative data were combined and local experts in the individual countries were consulted. 11,176 women surveyed, 11 countries, 3 years - these are the key data of the "Women's Confidence Report". More information and download here.
